To begin with, the foundation will focus its activities in these villages to identify ways in which it can better people's lives. The heartfelt involvement of the spouses of Synthite’s Directors ensures that the Foundation's activities become more personalised and humane. Moreover, all programmes will be implemented with the active co-operation of the local panchayats. The company has wrought significant changes in the communities that it is involved in, by creating employment opportunities. The foundation has already initiated programmes in Kadayiruppu, where the group's major operations are.
